Privacy policy

This policy covers the zomil.app showcase website. Each of our dating websites has its own privacy policy, linked from its footer: that policy applies to your member account.

1. Data controller

Zaulhat MILANDOU, sole trader doing business as Zomil, 127 rue Amelot, 75011 Paris, France. Contact: contact@zomil.app.

2. Data we process

• Contact form: name, email address, subject, message and the IP address it was sent from. This data is used only to reply to you and to prevent abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests.
• Technical logs: the host records the IP address, date, requested page and browser, for security and to keep the website running.

zomil.app has no accounts, contains no advertising or analytics tools, and sells no data.

3. Cookies

Only one cookie is set: NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your chosen language (duration: 1 year). It is necessary for the website to work and therefore does not require consent.

4. Recipients

Contact form messages are sent to contact@zomil.app. The website is hosted by OVH SAS (France). No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention

Messages are kept while we handle your request, then for 3 years at most. Technical logs are kept for 12 months at most.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@zomil.app. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or with your local authority.
